Roscommon team to play Cavan named.

    • Mar 31,2017

The Roscommon senior football manager Kevin McStay has tonight named his team to face Cavan in the final game of the Allianz League Division 1 2017 campaign to be played in Dr Hyde Park on Sunday at 2 pm.  Roscommon are already relegated and will be playing in Division 2 next year.

The team shows a number of changes to the team that started against Dublin in Croke Park last Saturday evening including four changes in personnel with the return of Colm Lavin to the goalkeeping position in place of Darren O Malley and returns to the starting fifteen for Fintan Cregg, Cian Connolly and Cathal Compton.

The Roscommon match day 26 features three sets of brothers with the Smith brothers and two of the three Murtaghs starting while the Stack brothers are being held in reserve.
