Pink Ribbon Tour For Breast Cancer Research.

September 1st, 2022

One of our business members, Paul Earley, has been involved in organising a charity cycle for each of the last 11 years to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Research Institute which is located in NUIG. All funds raised go directly to breast cancer research with the aim of improving outcomes for breast cancer patients. Almost €1m has been raised over that period and they are hoping to exceed €1m this year.

This year the Pink Ribbon Tour All Ireland Cycle Challenge runs for 10 days from Friday Sept 2 to Sunday Sept 11 . All details can be found on http://www.allirelandcycle.ie/

Paul has taken up the challenge of cycling 10,000 kilometres in 2022 and is hoping to get some fundraising support from fellow Rossies, and is also hoping that as many Rossie leisure cyclists, cycling club and triathlon club members will register for the event, and help Roscommon win the All Ireland Cycle. Registration is €25

If you can support Paul in any way it would be greatly appreciated. This is the link to his fundraising page https://www.allirelandcycle.ie/fundraising/profile/PaulEarley9
